Equipment Acquisition – Easy to Buy: You may purchase the Mammoth, or other Packaderm waste reduction equipment,
from our dealer and either pay cash, or arrange your own financing (loan or lease) independently of the dealer and Packaderm Equipment. 100% ownership of a machine will
ensure you get 100% of the savings on your trash bill by using the Mammoth or other Packaderm equipment. Packaderm's Mammoth Loan Program: You may acquire a Mammoth through a Packaderm loan program. We are set up to
make the process easy for you and allow you to choose between a 36, 48 or 60-month program. You get 100% of the savings because you own the machine. Packaderm' Mammoth Lease Program: You may lease a Mammoth from Packaderm for 36, 48 or 60 months. Through our
Lease Program you can choose whether to be either on a 10% or $1 buyout at the end of the lease. This program allows you to take advantage of the tax benefits from
leasing as well as keeping 100% of the savings from using the Mammoth. You may include freight and installation in your lease. You should consult with your accountant
to understand exactly what the tax benefits will be for your specific circumstances. To participate in this program you must be pre-qualified by Packaderm.
Qualification includes a Waste Cost Analysis (WCA) and applies to the Mammoth only. If your projected savings are sufficient to qualify you,
Packaderm will install a Mammoth at your site without any cost to you. You will have free use of the equipment for a period of 36 or 48 months. The monthly cost-savings
will be shared between your company and Packaderm. This program removes the risk from you and puts it directly on us. Typically, there are no up-front costs to you.
Sometimes there are additional installation costs, such as electrical lines, concrete pads, platforms and safety fences – if this is true for your installation we may
charge a small down payment, but we will pay this back to you from the first month’s savings. This plan also includes preventive maintenance and emergency service
programs at no cost to you. This is a zero-risk way to obtain the equipment and take advantage of its cost-saving benefits for FREE. At the end of the SSP period, you
will have the opportunity to purchase the equipment so you can take advantage of ALL the savings. For example: You presently spend $10,000 per month on your
garbage bill. Conservatively, the efficiency of the Mammoth will reduce your bill by 50% to $5,000/month. After installation and financing costs are deducted from the
savings, you and Packaderm share equally in the remaining savings.

Purchase
If you qualify through the WCA, this option will
give you a 12-month period to experience the efficiency of a Mammoth at no cost to you. This allows companies that must budget expenditures to experience the savings in
order to justify the purchase. During this trial period we will educate your employees on the best way to manage your waste-stream by using the Mammoth. The program
